"Nice couch, but didn’t hold up as well as I hoped"
I bought a couch from Living Spaces about a year ago, it looked great and was super comfy at first. After a while though, the cushions started getting flat sooner than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, and I still use it, but yeah, I kind of wish it had held up a little better for the price.
"Way Easier Than I Expected"
I had a really good experience at Living Spaces. I went in feeling kind of trapped by all the options and not wanting to get pressured into something, but the sales associate made it feel relaxed. She let us look around without hovering, answered all our questions about couch sizes, delivery, and fabrics, and even checked stock for us a couple times. It made the whole trip way less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely go back.
"Pretty good overall, but checkout was a bit annoying"
I ordered a couch from Living Spaces online it mostly went fine. The website was easy enough to browse, but the checkout process felt SO slow, and the delivery dates were kind of confusing. I ended up going back a few times just to make sure I picked the right options. Not a bad experience at all, but it could definitely be a little smoother.

"Financing was more of a hassle than I expected"
I had a frustrating time getting the payment setup sorted out. It felt confusing and took longer than it should have. Maybe this is just how financing usually goes with stuff like this, but based on my experience, it was more annoying than I expected.

"Nice styles, but not worth the price"
I liked some of the furniture styles, but the prices just felt too high for what you’re getting. Once delivery and extra fees were added, it just made the whole thing feel even less worth it. For what I paid, I expected better quality and overall value. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I probably wouldn’t shop here again unless there was a really good sale.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. It wasn’t totally seamless, but they did end up sorting it out, so I can’t really complain

My order did arrive fine in the end, but I regret not being more prepared for the lack of clear updates. The tracking status was confusing and just sat there unchanged for days, which made me wonder if something had gone wrong. Everything worked out, but the waiting was more stressful than it needed to be

"Solid, comfy couch for the price"
I was impressed with this couch. It feels sturdy, it’s comfortable to sit on, and the fabric looks and feels nicer than I expected for what it cost. If you’re shopping around and don’t want to spend a ton, this is one I’d say is worth considering.

"Comfy Sofa, But the Cushions Could Be Softer"
The sofa is comfortable overall, and I do like sitting on it, but I have to say I was hoping the cushions would be a bit softer. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s a little frustrating since that’s kind of an important part of a sofa. Still, it looks nice and does the job.

There just wasn’t much choice available, which was disappointing. What made it more annoying was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what options I actually had until I got there

"Missing Parts and No Real Help"
I opened the box and right away noticed there were parts missing, so I couldn’t even put it together properly. The instructions weren’t no help either, they were confusing and didn’t explain much. Frustrating experience overall.
"Great designs, but stock could be better"
I really like the designs, they’re stylish and feel well thought out. My only gripe is that a few of the colors I wanted were out of stock, which is frustrating. If a brand is going to offer nice options, it feels only fair to keep the popular ones available.

"Smooth pickup, but give yourself a little extra time"
I ordered online and picked everything up in-store, and overall it went smoothly. The staff was friendly and found my order quickly, but I did end up waiting around 15 minutes before everything was ready. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind if you’re in a rush. I’d say it’s a solid option, but maybe plan for a little buffer time when you go.

"Easy to Find the Right Sofa"
I had a really smooth experience shopping on the Living Spaces site. The search and filters made it easy to narrow down sofa options without wasting a bunch of time clicking through everything. Photos loaded quickly, which helped me compare styles and colors fast. Checkout was straightforward, and I really appreciated seeing the delivery dates before paying so I could plan ahead. A couple pages were a little slow, but overall it made furniture shopping simple and practical

"Something felt off with the delivery timing"
The couch itself is really nice, but the whole delivery process felt a bit off. It showed up much later than expected, and I never really got a clear explanation for what was going on. I’m happy with the item, but the waiting around was frustrating

"Disappointed and Still Waiting"
My dresser showed up with a cracked corner, and one of the drawers won’t close properly. I called to get it sorted out, but I just kept getting passed from person to person with no real answer. For what this cost, I expected much better quality and at least an apology for the hassle. I’m still waiting for someone to actually fix it.

"Way Too Much Effort for Nothing"
I ordered a couch that was listed as available online, only to be told later that it actually wasn’t in stock. It was really frustrating because I spent time picking it out, placing the order, and thinking it was handled, just to have to deal with the hassle after. If something isn’t available, it shouldn’t be shown as ready to buy. Total waste of time

"A simple appointment turned into a hassle"
This should’ve been a simple thing, but it ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be. The guys showed up way late, and there wasn’t much communication about what was going on. I had to rearrange my day for something that should’ve been straightforward.

"Description Literally Wasn’t That Accurate"
I ordered a sofa from Living Spaces, the listing made it seem bigger and way softer than it actually is. The color was also a little different from the photos, which was disappointing. Delivery went fine, so no complaints there, but the sofa literally didn’t match what I thought I was buying based on the description. Let down overall.

"Warranty Process Was More Confusing Than Helpful"
I bought the protection plan thinking it would make things easier if anything went wrong, but when I actually tried to use it, it felt kind of all over the place. I’m still not totally sure if I called first or submitted the claim online first, but either way I ended up getting passed around and explaining the same issue more than once. It did eventually get looked at, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process felt slow and unclear. Not the worst experience, just not worth what I paid for it.
